We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying its great location, free internet, and excellent breakfast. It was very convenient to have the hotel close to the metro station and tourist information, and the shuttle bus to the airport. The hotel is located on a quiet street, yet close to most attractions in the old city center, including Edificio de Altino Arantes. Moreover, the staff was friendly and accommodating.

It's the same price on weekends as week days. Usually, week days are cheapper then weekends in another hotels.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to a major park where pets are allowed. the subway is just a short walk away, making it convenient to get around. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom and plenty of amenities. the breakfast buffet had a great selection of tasty treats.

The decor is a bit dated and could use a modern refresh.

Internet connectivity wasnot that good in rooms. It was shaky and only near the doors it was working.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. My room was big and clean and came with free (and functional) WiFi. The hotel is centrally located - a subway stop was half a block away and the airport bus station was within walking distance. There is also a weekend market in the nearby park and lots of shopping options within walking distance of the hotel.

The area around the hotel is somewhat seedy and can be intimitating at first; however, I never felt unsafe, even later in the evening.

I had a great time at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with so many dining options nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always there when I needed something. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with the ultimate relaxation.

A nice hotel located directly in the city center next to a Metro (subway) station. The hotel and rooms are of an older date (perhaps the 1980s), but are clean, have a modern bathroom and are adequate for a traveller with standard expectations. The price is also not that expensive for Sao Paulo.

The room was rather small and could have used a closet.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. The room was not very modern and it was a bit noisy, but it doesn't really bothered me. The room was very big!! The breakfast was good with fresh products. At night it is not that safe, but I wouldn't say it is dangerous. The big main street (and subway station) is just 50 meters away from the hotel. Becasue of this and price I'm going to sleep here again next week!

Stayed over Xmas and it was great! Location was perfect, a nearby metro and bus stop made it easy to move around. Room size was big and the cleaning staff were really friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of options, and the free internet worked great.

Some areas outside the hotel were a bit shady and we didn't feel comfortable walking around. The check-in process was slow due to limited staff.

staff are very less known of english,communication,rooms alloted seperately for internet okking customers,rooms are 15 yrs old,TV is very old,AC is old,and bathroom fecilty is poor,they never keep shampoo and body lotion,they provide only soap and towel,if we ask some support they guide us to change the room with higher price room which have modern fecilty begginig from door lock,Lift is seperate for internet booking customers with old and harsh lifts,which hammers body at closing as the person enters,little time for lift entry and door closes for second person with fast closure.hot water is very low temprature for bath,
